Craig's Pictures: Sapporo, Japan

I visited Sapporo in August, 2006 to participate in the First China-Japan-Korea Workshop on Numerical Mathematics. There was a Russian there, too, so I was not the only outsider. Besides the city, we took a tour of part of Hokkaido Island including visiting a volcanic area and a hot spring fed Japanese style baths. I was properly boiled by the end of the baths.
