This is a great place to let the world know about your results.  It is highly
rated for letting the world know about recent graduates' dissertations and
young reserachers' papers...  and it is free and open source.

I add to the current newsletter's volume as soon as I receive a message for
distribution.  I will send out the Index, with hyperlinks, when there is a new
message in the preceding calendar month.  This is a different distribution
method than I used in the distribution of Volumes 1-15.
