Now I'm migrating to general (curvilinear) colocated grids with finite differences. However I have many dificult in finding the restriction and prolongation operators for such situation. I have read dozens of references but I did not find it. It was generally referred as a standard that is no more insert in the papers. Could you please give me a reference where I can find it?
