 The Netherlands.
 
 The Code is developed and maintained by
 P.M. de Zeeuw of the Department of Numerical Mathematics of the CWI.

 The Code is free CWI-software.
 

 The Conditions of External Use of free CWI-Software
 ===================================================

 The conditions concerning external use are as follows:

 (i)    due acknowledgement is made of the use of subroutines in any 
        research publications resulting from their use,

 (ii)   the subroutines may be modified for use in research applications
        by external users. The nature of such modifications should be
        indicated in writing for information to CWI. At no time
        however, shall the subroutines or modifications thereof
        become the property of the external user,

 (iii)  the use of the subroutines in commercial applications must be
        agreed in writing with CWI and on terms and conditions to be 
        negotiated. In the first instance, anyone considering such 
        commercial applications should write to the CWI.

 (iv)   Copies of publications containing results obtained with the
        software and interpretations of the results will be sent in
        triplicate to the author of the software.

 (v)    These Conditions of External Use of free CWI-software should 
        always accompany the software copied.
