The sources are organized as follows:

        mg00.tgz             The sources for the MG00 solver (gzip+tar)
        mg01.tgz             The sources for the MG01 solver (gzip+tar)
        Conditions_of_Use    The GMD license agreement

To unpack this, use the following commands:

        mkdir gmd
        cd gmd
        <Copy the mg00.tgz file here>
        zcat mg00.tgz | tar xvf -
or
        gunzip mg00.tgz ; tar xvf mg00.tar
or
        gtar zxvf mg00.tgz
